أعرضها بلغتها
الإنجليزية , وبترجمتها العربية السريعة للشاعر هشام هاشم , على القارئ , ليقول
رأيه هو أيضاً , بالتعليق , أو الإعجاب , سلباً , أو ايجاباً .
وإنما نريد بنشرها ,
أن نقول أننا في العالم العربي , وباليمن بالذات , نفتقد إلى ثقافة التقدير , و
إلى الشجاعة في الاعتراف بالجميل .

يا إلهي , لأنك وضعت لي أصدقاء, ورفقة مفكرة ,مثل الدكتور عبدالسلام الكبسي في طريقي
, مَنْ أحب تسميته بكلمة : " سلام " , التي تعني السلام والاطمئنان ,فمنذ
معرفتي به , وهو يستخدم العقل بالمعرفة والحكمة بالعلم , في دراساته , وبحوثه , مسخراً
معظم وقته ,وتفكيره , لينشر ثقافة الفهم , والحب معاً .
دراسته ,وبحوثه تنيرُ
العقل في كثير من الأشياء , وتضيف حقولاً أخرى
إلى الثقافة العربية , والإسلامية , والإنسانية .هذه الدراسات كانت مهمة , في زمن تفشى
فيه الظلام وغزا مغطياً ,ملايين العقول ,من رؤية الحقيقة , ونور العلم .
لم يستخدم الطرق
التقليدية السهلة التي يتبعها المضلين , استخدم عقله وحكمته , ومعرفته في دراسة الثقافة
الإسلامية بالتحليل , مصححاً سوء الفهم وغير ذلك , من المشاكل التي طرأت عليها , بسبب
فقهاء السياسة, الذين اضعفوا الروح والعقل لملايين من المسلمين.
إنني فخور به على نحو شخصي . وفي
بلد كأمريكا , أنا جزء منه , لنا الفخر , بآكتساب مثل هذه الشخصية النبيلة .إننا نثمن
المعرفة , ونحمل بالغ التقدير للمفكرين والباحثين , والمجتهدين .
بالنسبة لي , وبالنسبة
لآخرين , هو " المختار " .

I am glad God
put my friend, brother and companion thinker and reformer Dr. Abdusalam Alkebsi
on my way who I love to call him" Salam" which means peace and relief
and he is that since day one, since I knew him....He got the knowledge, wisdom
and he is spending his time, and resource to spread the culture of
understanding, the culture of love...his studies and researches lightened the
minds for many and he added another fold to the Arabic, Islamic and
International cultures..... studies and researches most needed on a time like
this where darkness
has covered
millions of minds from seeing the real light the light of science... ....He did
not take the easy way and follow the
followers, he
used his mind , wisdom and knowledge to study the Islamic culture, investigate
it and fix the misunderstanding and the terrible inserts which were done by
corrupted clerks and politicians and mis leaded the whole Ummah for
centuries.....he is trying to awaken the souls, spirits, hearts and minds of
millions of Muslims worldwide using logic and strong evidence in his rereading
to the Islamic culture.........I am proud of him and thehonor is mine to have
such a noble man as a friend and brother...in this country where I am proud to
be part
of it we
appreciate knowledge and we have a great respect to thinkers, researchers and
reformers and to me and to many he is the one.....Thank u Salam.
